Position: IT Technical Support
Location: Kasrawy Group, El Sheikh Zayed
About the Rule:
We are looking for a dedicated IT Technical Support Specialist & Supervisor to join our dynamic team and assist our customers with technical issues and inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking problems.
- Provide timely and accurate customer feedback.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service.
- Assist in the creation and updating of technical documentation and manuals.
- Support the roll-out of new applications, including training users.
- Test and evaluate new technology for better system performance.
- Maintain records of customer issues and solutions for future reference.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications.
- Experience with network configurations and hardware setups.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a technical support role is preferred.
